Moxy Hotel, Columbus, Ohio, 2019

Permanent Installation for the Moxy Hotel.
Size: 9 feet square, suspended 25 feet in ceiling.
Recycled blue jeans, leather, belts, zippers, Tyvek, and tulle.
Client requested the textile sculpture to reflect the fashion design industry in Columbus, Ohio. The design specifications asked to have the sculpture be viewable from six sides and is the primary artwork at the hotel entrance.
Central Ohio has emerged as a major fashion hub and employs more fashion designers than any U.S. metro area outside of New York City and Los Angles.
