The Grant is an apartment building in downtown Cleveland, Ohio that underwent a complete renovation in 2020.
The building was the primary location for Diva Records from 1925 to 1932. The client asked to use a melodic theme, incorporate records, and use their specific Colorway to design the wall covering for the primary entrance on Euclid Avenue.
